These figures are samples only. Actual Ozone output is dependent on the ambient air temperature as well as %  Humidity, exact regulator used, etc. at the time and location in which the machine is running.

These output numbers were produced at the manufacturers lab with ambient temperature of 20˚ Celsius (68˚ F) and 44% Relative Humidity. Yours may vary.
For Precision Output, you must get an ozone analyzer (200 ppm or less) and use it with the generator at the site of production with your own temperature and humidity levels & regulator. The higher the ambient temperature and humidity, the lower the output will be. An air conditioned room is recommended.

Figuring Ozone Output: Divide ug/ml per min by the oxygen flow rate to get your actual ozone output. For example, 18.33 ug/ml ÷ .25 (1/4 LPM) = 73.34 mcg/ul output.. Ozone output is dependent on temperature and humidity so these numbers are general ranges, not specifics since every machine will have different humidity and temperatures it operates in. The AHW1024 24Volt ozone generator is designed to continuously generate ozone by cold corona discharge. The conversion of oxygen to ozone occurs in a stainless glass reaction cell excited by a high voltage potential. A control circuit allows the user to manually adjust the ozone output between 40-100% of its rated output. An internal fan cools the circuitry. Ozone production rapidly declines as the temperature of the reaction cell increases, therefore keep the area around the generator free from obstructions to maximize air movement. The ozone generator has a calibrated frequency dial to regulate the ozone output on the front panel. A power switch to turn the unit on and IEC chassis plug are located on the rear panel. Be sure that the power plug fully engages the chassis plug before turning on the generator. STORE IN A DRY LOCATION IN A PLASTIC BAG TO PREVENT DUST FROM ACCUMULATING INSIDE.
